Tour Terms and Conditions

Total Cost: $1,199 (USD) per person

This price is calculated and contingent on 10 people booking this tour. In the event that 10 reservations are not filled at least 45 days before the start of the tour you will have the option to pay an adjusted rate or cancel your reservation. See Cancellation Policy below.

Price includes: One (1) Hotel room in each of the following cities (based on double occupancy): Delhi (3 nights total), Agra (1 night), Jaipur (2 nights), Jodhpur (1 night), Udaipur (2 nights); all taxes and service charges, including applicable hotel taxes; driver and transportation by air-conditioned vehicle; all sightseeing with professional, local guides; daily breakfast in hotel of stay; battery bus ride from Taj Mahal parking lot to Taj Mahal monument and vice versa; hotel or airport pickup and drop-off; complimentary bottles of water during journeys in the vehicle.

 

Price does not include: Required travel visa(s)  or travel documentation; domestic or international airfare (this also refers to airfare between Udaipur and Delhi), meals (aside from breakfasts in hotels of stay), gratuities, insurance (all types), entrance fees to monuments, optional cooking class, additional sites the traveler(s) chooses to visit outside of the aforementioned guided tour schedules, or on designated "Leisure Day(s)," bus, taxis, trains/bullet trains, or other transportation and lodging, and anything else not mentioned as included.

Lucas Travel Source, LLC is pleased to provide you with Travel Insurance options to be purchased within 20 days of initial deposit. Should you choose to decline travel insurance from the options we provide, an opt-out form will be provided to you and required to be returned within 20 days of initial deposit in lieu of coverage. $250 deposit due per person within 48 hours of reservation

Remaining balance due per person  no later than 45 days prior to tour start date.

Cancellation Policy: ​

To cancel services you must contact us via e-mail at support@lucastravelsource.com no less than 45 days prior to your scheduled services. ​Cancellation is subject to a penalty of 50% of deposit. However, in the case of a tour not meeting a required minimum traveler contingency, a refund will be issued, less a processing fee of 5% of the amount paid to date, or you may choose to apply the credit to future travel with Lucas Tour Source. For cancellations made after final balance is paid, the ​following penalties will apply: ​

45 - 30 days prior to departure:

50% of all services penalty​

​

Less than 30 days prior to departure:

100% penalty; no refunds will be given

Responsibility is not accepted for losses, injury, damages or expenses of any kind due to sickness, weather, strikes, hostilities, wars, terrorist acts; acts of nature, local laws or other such causes. All services and accommodation are subject to the laws and regulations of the country in which they are provided. Lucas Travel Source, LLC is not responsible for any baggage or personal effects of any individual participating in the tours/trips arranged by Lucas Travel Source, LLC. Individual travelers are responsible for purchasing a travel insurance policy, if desired, that will cover some of the expenses associated with the loss of luggage or personal effects.
